These terms govern your use of paws at pawshealth.co, operated by Internet Companies, Inc. ("paws", "we"). By using paws, you agree to them.

What paws is

paws is an AI pet-wellness companion. You tell it about your pet and chat with it for general wellness guidance. paws is not a veterinarian and does not provide medical diagnosis or treatment. It does not replace professional veterinary care. For urgent or serious concerns, see a licensed vet. You use paws' guidance at your own discretion.

Accounts

You need an account to use paws. Keep your password secure; you're responsible for activity under your account. Provide accurate information. You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live.

Subscription and billing

• paws is a paid subscription of $15 per month, billed through Stripe.
• Your subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel.
• You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
• Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.
• We may change pricing with notice; changes apply to future billing periods.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse paws: no illegal use, no attempts to break or overload the service, no reselling or sharing your account for others to use, and no relying on it for emergencies. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.

Availability

We work to keep paws available but don't guarantee uninterrupted service, and we may change or discontinue features.

Disclaimers and liability

paws is provided "as is", without warranties. AI responses may be incomplete or wrong; always use judgment and consult a vet for your pet's health. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Internet Companies, Inc. is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior three months.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
